Minimum requirements for admission to D.M.B.S / B.D.M.S / BSS / CMS Course :
i. A pass in Madhyamik, School Final, Higher Secondary or any other equivalent examination will be eligible for admission to the course.
ii. Age Limit - The candidates must be above 17 years.
iii. Number of Seats – D.M.B.S / BSS / B.D.M.S / CMS course 100 Seats may increase / decreased by the decision of the managing committee.
iv. Medical Fitness - It a candidate is found medically unfit; he will not be considered for admission in the course.
v. Collection and submission of Application from. The prescribed application form with prospectus will be available from the office on payment of Rs. 200.00. Prospectus and form should be given from January to May every year. Session-June-July.
Submission of application form :
Complete application form in all respects is to be submitted to the office before the date notified by the Principal.
Application which is not complete in all respects will not be considered eligible.
Certificates required with application :
a. Xerox copies of the certificates should be attached with the application.
b. Xerox of date of birth certificate.
c. Xerox copies of Aadhar card.
d. Eight copies of stamp-size color photos.
e. All Originals to be shown during admission.
